For our << Aerospace >> group site based in Fribourg, we are currently looking for an Apprentice Commercial Employee Your missions during the apprenticeship During your training, you change departments every year within the company. Depending on the department, you will be required to perform the following activities: Write various administrative documents: letters, contracts, procedures; Process various commercial documents; Process mail and invoices; Manage orders and stocks; Welcome visitors and manage the telephone switchboard; Participate in the organization of events; Participate in orders from our suppliers Your profile: You have completed and passed your secondary school or you are in your last year of compulsory school; You want to learn and undergo training; You enjoy administrative work and teamwork; You are motivated, dynamic and have a sense of responsibility; You speak French and are comfortable with English; You work in an organized and rigorous manner What we offer: Supervision and follow-up during your apprenticeship; A professional and caring team; The possibility to evolve in different departments such as: Purchasing, Export, Finance, Reception, Human Resources and Customer Service; Responsibilities adapted to your level; The possibility to develop your skills and gain autonomy Are you interested in this opportunity?
