Are you passionate about project management and do you have strong experience in the construction field?

Site Manager HES 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Carrying out feasibility studies for each project
• Coordination of calls for tender, quotes and submissions
• Preparation and management of building permit applications
• Ensuring respect for costs and deadlines throughout the project
• Steering, organization and technical and administrative management of construction sites
• Preparation of execution files, detailed plans and technical documents

Profile

• Holder of a HES Site Manager diploma
• Proven experience in site management acquired within an architecture office or a general contractor in Switzerland
• Keen sense of responsibility, excellent organization and ability to work in close collaboration with teams
• Mastery of French orally and in writing
