Following the departure of the incumbent, we are actively looking for our future Property Manager ======================== ### 100% ### Your mission * Ensure the proper administrative and rental management of the buildings * Create and monitor purchase orders and quotes * Establish according to the directives transmitted by the managers: lease, amendment, rent increase notification, scheduling and notification, correspondence, meeting notes, minutes * Respond to rental requests * Ensure the follow-up of complaints/requests from tenants * Receive and process invoices * Archiving, filing, digitalization ### Your profile * CFC commercial employee, preferably in property management * Practical experience in property management mandatory * French native language, German B1 knowledge, English an asset * Excellent mastery of MS Office, MS Dynamics/XRM, Garaio REM * Open mind, rigor, customer and service orientation ### Your chance A varied and versatile position awaits you within a publicly listed real estate company, in full growth and enjoying an excellent position on the market.
