Tasks:
Building and maintaining customer relationships
New customer acquisition
Needs analysis and consulting
Identification of optimization potentials and
cost reduction measures in fleet management
Independent handling of all sales-relevant processes
Coordination between internal departments: collaboration with sales, marketing, after-sales and logistics to initiate and implement customer-oriented solutions
Sales and revenue responsibility, as well as achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Reportings and analysis
Market observation: active observation of trends, activities of competitors and market conditions in order to recognize opportunities and risks for the company at an early stage
Participation/planning of marketing activities and actions for customer retention and acquisition in the field of fleet management

Profile:
Completed training in the fields of sales, business administration or comparable qualifications
Several years of experience in the fleet business
in-depth knowledge in the area of light commercial vehicles is an advantage
B2B sales experience: experience in direct sales to companies, especially in the area of long-term business relationships, contract negotiations and fleet management
Analytical skills, negotiation skills as well as strong communication skills
Customer- and solution-oriented personality with a strong ability to recognize customer needs and offer tailor-made solutions that meet the specific requirements of fleet customers
Initiative and self-organization as well as teamwork skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Language skills: German and French in speaking and writing, English and/or Italian is an advantage
