Technical Service Collaborator

The Commune de Penthalaz is looking for a motivated collaborator to join its technical service. If you are passionate about technical work and want to contribute to the smooth running of our commune, this opportunity is made for you!

Main missions:

• Collaboration with the head of service in the fields of construction police, land-use planning, and work supervision
• Full processing of building permits (follow-up and administrative procedures)
• Site inspections
• Implementation and operation of the Système d’Information du Territoire - SIT
• Various tasks related to the function.

Desired profile:

• Holder of a CFC as a draftsman (geomatician – building – civil engineering), or a title deemed equivalent or having certain experience in a similar field
• Mastery of common IT tools – Autocad and Qgis an asset
• Autonomy in work, sense of responsibility and organization
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations and procedures regarding urban planning, land-use planning, and construction police
• Easy contact with the population and various partners, mandatories, companies, and public administrations
• Ease in writing – letters, emails, and meeting minutes
• Possession of a driving license
