Since 2002, One Placement SA is a temporary and permanent staffing agency in Genève, Vaud, and Bâle specializing in the following sectors: tertiary, industry, technical, construction, medical, and hospitality.

In order to complete our team for the hospitality-housekeeping department, we are currently looking for a:

Personnel Consultant accommodation sector 100% (m/f) - Genève

• Your profile:
• You have experience as a general housekeeper or similar, in luxury establishments in Genève or Vaud.
• You possess extensive knowledge of the local market and its players through your network acquired by your field presence and/or contacts.
• You master the professions related to the sector in order to recruit and support suitable candidates.
• You have acquired solid experience that allows you to be a seasoned trainer in room service techniques.
• Your mission:
• You prospect for new partners and carry out personalized client follow-up.
• You are in charge of organizing the administrative management of your sector.
• You discover talents, whom you propose according to mandates for both permanent and temporary positions.
• You prepare and issue advertisements on various sites.
• You anticipate your candidate sourcing.
• You ensure commercial follow-up with the various partners.
• Required skills:
• Taste for challenge, sense of responsibility & tenacity
• Graduate in the hotel sector as well as several years of experience with Swiss references.
• Capable of working autonomously and in pairs with a keen sense of communication, kindness, and human contact.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, open-minded with values in line with our company.
• Mastery of IT tools (MS Office, Zoom, teams) and social networks

Excellent mastery of written and spoken French, English is an asset.
