Workshop Manager

Responsibilities ###

• Lead production teams and foster a positive and collaborative working climate
• Ensure the achievement of operational objectives in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines
• Identify improvement levers to increase the performance and reliability of processes
• Coordinate the activities of your sector to guarantee optimal use of resources
• Accompany employees in their skill development and support the development of versatility
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and the evolution of the industrial organization
• Ensure the maintenance of a safe working environment in compliance with company standards
• Contribute to decision-making through your field presence and your operational vision

Your profile ###

• Technical training in the mechanical field, ideally completed by training in management or production management.
• Proven experience in managing a production workshop or an industrial team
• Good understanding of the challenges related to the manufacture of precision parts
• Natural leadership and ability to unite teams around common objectives Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities
• Pragmatic spirit, field-oriented and results-oriented
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, rigorous, and solution-oriented personality
