Sought profile You hold a university degree in Swiss law and the Swiss lawyer's certificate; You have at least 3 years of professional experience in corporate law, commercial law and mergers & acquisitions, acquired within a law firm in Switzerland; You demonstrate excellent analytical skills in legal matters and express yourself clearly in French and English, German being an asset; You like working both in a team and autonomously, demonstrate flexibility and have a solid sense of responsibility.
