What you bring:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Teamleader Logistics and Distribution in logistics
• First confirmed experience in management/supervision of a large team (at least 20 people)
• A valid driver's license (category B)
• Excellent command of French indispensable (both oral and written), proficiency in German is a real asset.
• Reliable, flexible, and stress-resistant personality, with a spirit of initiative
• Rigorous and structured working method, strong organizational competence
• Experience in conducting meetings
• Very good computer skills
• Residing in the region with good knowledge of the Vaud region

Your Job:

• Planning and organization of delivery tours in the region
• Management of a team of more than 20 drivers and logistics specialists
• Coordination of the planning of driver interventions
• Guaranteeing the punctuality and accuracy of goods deliveries
• Development of new synergies in terms of delivery in the Vaud region and adjacent areas
• Management, monitoring, and analysis of stocks
• Organization and processing of returns
• General warehouse tasks
• Replacements during tours
• Ensuring the careful and responsible use of vehicles as well as work equipment by their teams
• Continuous development and improvement of logistical processes in order to optimize operational performance.
