Your mission

For one of our renowned clients in the field of watchmaking, we are looking for After-sales service watch restorers (M/F) to support the development of its activities in the region. You bring watches back to life for the after-sales service: from disassembly to the assembly and adjustment of movements, every gesture counts. A profession of excellence, closest to watchmaking, where your precision makes all the difference. Your tasks: Perform restoration activities, from disassembly to the inspection of components and the assembly of movements; Assemble and adjust watch movements in compliance with manufacturing standards; Perform calendar installation, dial installation, hand setting, and casing operations; Ensure adjustment and inspection operations within the workshop; Diagnose non-conformities, correct detected discrepancies, and document the actions implemented; Identify the causes of malfunctions and report them to the relevant interlocutors when necessary; Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the maintenance of an orderly working environment

Your profile

You are a concentrated, methodical, and rigorous person, with a strong team spirit and a sense of organization. You have: A CFC in watchmaking in the field of restoration; Confirmed experience in a similar function, ideally in an after-sales service workshop; Knowledge of assembly, adjustment, and inspection operations of watch movements. You are: Dexterous, precise, with good visual acuity; Capable of working with concentration on precision operations; Autonomous, versatile, and flexible; Assiduous, with a clean and orderly workstation; Attentive, with an analytical mind to quickly identify technical problems
