Your task

You accompany adults in their recovery and reintegration process. You participate actively in the content design and thus contribute to promoting the framework conditions for clients in the sense of independence, responsibility, and self-determination.

• Leading groups
• Individual support of our clients

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of social work (FH) or an equivalent training
• Excellent German and French skills
• Training and experience in the field of group animation (desirable)
• Training and experience in the field of addiction (desirable)
• Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team
• Good knowledge of the Freiburg social network and the local environment
• Flexible and committed personality
• Motivation and joy in supporting clients in achieving their goals
• Driver's license
