Cook DAY SERVICE

The Kreuzboden mountain restaurant is located in the heart of the Saas-Grund ski resort and is a meeting point for many customers. Our restaurant offers self-service as well as the « Stübli » (service) & an après-ski bar.

As a cook, you are the foundation of the establishment. You work in a motivated team and are responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen.

Daily preparation of mise en place and production in hot and cold kitchen

Professional preparation of hot and cold dishes

Smooth coordination and collaboration within the team

Control and compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Requirements

Solid training as a cook CFC or equivalent qualification

Passion for the profession

Autonomous work with high stress resistance

Team spirit and reliability

Good knowledge of German
