• Support of the team in daily activities
• Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
• Co-responsibility for a positive shopping experience in the shop

What you bring :

• Completed training in retail; ideally related to telecommunications or multimedia or career change with a keen sense of sales
• Joy of customer contact and a convincing presentation
• Technical understanding as well as good practical knowledge (MS Office)
• Flexible, reliable and open to novelty
• German at a fluent level for negotiation; additional national languages are a plus
