Socio-educational Assistant (ASE)

Mandated by large institutions in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a CFC Socio-educational Assistant (M/F) to join our team of interim pool workers, specialized in the fields of disability (mental and/or motor), psychiatry, and childhood. If you are passionate about the field of social work and special education, and wish to provide valuable support to vulnerable people, this opportunity is made for you!

• Work in close collaboration with existing teams to ensure appropriate supervision for the people being supported
• Participate in the development and implementation of educational and social projects aimed at promoting autonomy and the development of skills of individuals
• Ensure regular monitoring of progress and difficulties encountered by the people being supported, maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
• Actively participate in team meetings and internal training to enrich your knowledge and skills

• Activity rate: variable according to your availability
• Contract type: interim missions (with the possibility of evolution towards indefinite-term contracts depending on needs and structures)
• Location: canton de Vaud, with missions in different establishments depending on needs.
• CFC Socio-educational Assistant diploma or foreign title recognized as such
• Significant previous experience in the socio-educational support of people in situations of vulnerability
• Knowledge of the different issues related to disability, psychiatry, child/adolescent protection or other related fields
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
