Your missions
Job on construction sites 200%
Direction, coordination and monitoring of works on construction sites 200%
Planning of deadlines, costs and quality of execution
Coordination of companies, engineers and mandatories
Control of the conformity of works to plans, standards and current regulations
Organization and conducting of site meetings
Administrative and financial monitoring (tenders, awards, measurements, invoicing)
Guarantee of compliance with safety rules on the construction site
Your profile
Technical training in building (architect, civil engineer, ES technician, construction manager or equivalent)
Confirmed experience in construction management, ideally in an architecture firm
Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations (SIA, safety, etc.)
Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills
Autonomy, rigor and sense of responsibility
