L'EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, and offers personalized welcome for 82 female and male residents. Designed to promote intergenerational links, the EMS is surrounded by a protected housing residence, a Centre de vie enfantine and two colleges. L'EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days/7, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths) and an aromatic garden whose perimeter is entirely secured.

Healthcare assistants in geriatric psychiatry - PAA2 (F/M) from 80% to 100%

Permanent contract (CDI), start date on 01/12/2026

YOU POSSESS

• A diploma as a Healthcare Assistant, ASA or Nursing Assistant recognized by CRS.
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset.
• Successful experience in geriatrics or geriatric psychiatry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people.
• Gentleness and a particular sensitivity for accompanying the elderly.
• Availability to work in continuous and split shifts, performing a few nights per month.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Accompany residents in daily life activities.

Ensure hygiene and comfort care for elderly people.

• Participate in the adaptation and maintenance of the resident's environment with their collaboration.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for residents.
