In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a technical estimator (M/F).

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Analyze technical dossier plans and specifications
• Perform measurements and calculations necessary for project quoting
• Prepare offers and budgets taking into account materials, labor, and necessary services
• Request and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to guarantee the accuracy of offers
• Participate in cost monitoring and the optimization of technical solutions

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• Technical training in the field of building, construction, or building technology, ideally supplemented by experience in calculation or quoting
• Experience in cost calculation, preparation of tenders, or project quoting
• Good ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams, and technical dossiers
• Proficiency in standard IT tools and, ideally, calculation or tender management software
• Analytical mind, rigor, and attention to detail
• Good sense of numbers and ability to establish precise calculations and meet deadlines
• Ease in communication with suppliers, clients, architects, and technical teams
