• You inform insured persons by telephone and/or in writing about all LPP benefits
• You are the contact person for our insured persons, service providers and social insurance institutions
• Dynamic and attentive, very customer service oriented and enjoying providing support to different types of interlocutors
• You collaborate with your colleagues depending on the skills necessary for the management of your portfolio and work autonomously, according to the framework defined by your manager.

What you bring to HOTELA:

• You have a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training
• You are a native French or Italian speaker with at least a C1 level in the second language
• You have a keen interest in social insurance, particularly in the field of pension provision
• You are a responsible person possessing a very good spirit of analysis and synthesis. Furthermore, you have a good organizational capacity, allowing you to work autonomously
• You master the use of standard IT tools
