We are looking for a Construction Sector Manager to take charge of the development and management of our pole specialized in construction trades. As a true driver of the sector, you will have a dual responsibility: developing your own activity as a personnel placement specialist while supporting and growing a team of placement specialists in the construction field.

Job Description ##

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the Construction sector:
• Take responsibility for the development and growth of the Construction pole.
• Define and implement commercial actions in order to develop the sector in Lausanne and its region.
• Identify new opportunities and develop our presence with construction stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the strategy and evolution of the sector.

Develop and retain the client portfolio

• Prospect for new clients and develop lasting commercial relationships.
• Retain and develop existing clients by listening to their needs.
• Understand the personnel needs of companies in the sector and propose adapted solutions.
• Build a solid network in the construction field.

Manage your own placement activity

• Ensure the recruitment and placement of personnel in construction trades.
• Follow up with your clients and your employees throughout the missions.
• Develop your own business portfolio and ensure its follow-up.
• Be a trusted interlocutor for both clients and candidates.

Manage and support the team

• Supervise and support a team of placement specialists dedicated to the construction sector.
• Support employees in their daily activity and their commercial development.
• Set objectives, monitor results, and implement the actions necessary for their success.
• Share your experience and market knowledge to advance the team.
• Create a positive team dynamic, oriented towards performance and client satisfaction.

We expect ##

• Proven experience in personnel placement, ideally in the construction sector.
• Good knowledge of the building and construction market in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Experience in management or a real ability to supervise, support, and unite a team.
• Strong commercial temperament and a pronounced taste for business development.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and employees.
• Result-oriented, with a genuine desire to develop and grow a sector.
• Driver's license.
