As part of the apprenticeship supervision mission, we are looking for an Apprenticeship Commissioner CFC/AFP Masons and CFC/AFP Road Construction Workers with transversal training missions at 100% Your main missions * Ensure the role of apprenticeship commissioner for CFC/AFP Masons and CFC/AFP * Road Construction Workers according to OFPC directives (2 visits per apprentice per cycle in the training company) * Establish apprenticeship follow-up reports according to OFPC directives * Accompany and advise apprentices in their apprenticeship curriculum * Accompany and advise training companies in the follow-up of their apprentice * Be the transmission belt between state authorities, companies and training sites Your complementary missions * Participate in the development of CFC/AFP mason and CFC/AFP Road Construction Worker study plans for adults in the article 32 track * Participate in the development of study plans for advanced courses for team leaders * Participate in the delivery of practical and theoretical courses * Participate in the testing of knowledge and acquisition of skills of candidates * Participate in the enhancement and promotion of the trades Your profile * You hold a diploma as a site manager (conducteur de travaux) or a federal certificate of foreman (brevet fédéral de contremaitre) or an equivalent title * Ideally, you are a holder of an FSEA trainer certificate module 1 * You benefit from solid experience in structural work and/or civil engineering sites in Switzerland (mandatory condition) * You are passionate about vocational training and support * You like to permanently update your own knowledge on new technologies * You identify with the institutional and associative values requiring versatility, flexibility, discretion * Your sense of service, commitment and loyalty is well-established * You are autonomous, rigorous and organized in order to meet deadlines * You have a strong team spirit * You perfectly master the French language and calculations applied to the construction site Entry into function immediately or to be agreed upon Want to join us?
