As part of an internal evolution, we are recruiting a:

(100%) - CDD 1 year

Salary class: 7 (this scale is understood with validated prerequisites, failing which placement is made at class -1)

Location: Fechy and Gland
Start date: As soon as possible

Your key missions

• You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews.
• You implement personalized action plans.
• You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.
• You coordinate with internal and external partners.
• You ensure compliance with the rules of the homes.

Your profile

• You have a HES bachelor's in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function.
• You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances.
• You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset.
• You have a marked interest in the field of migration.
