Poultry specialist butcher

• CFC Butcher mandatory
• Significant knowledge and experience in poultry
• Very good knowledge of food safety standards
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Cooking experience is a plus
• Excellent presentation
• French language mandatory, other language an asset
• Receipt and control of goods
• Gutting, pulling nerves in turkey legs

-prepare poultry offal delicately

• Ensure the quality and freshness of the products
• Cleaning and maintenance of premises and equipment
