On behalf of a leading real estate agency, firmly established in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Accountant to strengthen their team.

Responsibilities

• Complete management of real estate accounting.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Preparation of service charge statements and PPE statements.
• Monitoring of accounts payable and receivable.
• Active participation in the improvement of internal processes.

Profile

• CFC as a commercial employee mandatory.
• Confirmed experience in real estate accounting within an agency in Switzerland.
• Very good command of IT tools and specialized software in the field.
• Rigor, autonomy, sense of priorities and reliability.
• Good team spirit and excellent communication.
