La Fondation Rive-Neuve is a specialized Hospital recognized as a competence center in palliative care in Blonay. In a pleasant and dynamic working environment, we welcome patients and their relatives requiring specialized palliative care support for hospital stays. To complete our teams, we are recruiting:

A Physiotherapist - 50%

Main activities

Your activities and responsibilities will be to:

• Practice care in accordance with the values and objectives of the institution
• Plan and organize individualized physiotherapeutic care (mobilization, respiratory, rehabilitation...) to meet the complex needs of patients in acute palliative care
• Ensure continuity of physiotherapy care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Identify the patient's resources and determine their specific needs and objectives within their field of intervention
• Evaluate the achievement of objectives set with the patient
• Collaborate closely with doctors, rigorously applying medical physiotherapy orders
• Choose and use relevant and validated assessment techniques and tools
• Adapt and deliver physiotherapeutic care according to the patient's clinical evolution
• Ensure billing and the recording of their activity in the computerized patient file

Profile

The required qualifications are:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or an equivalent title
• Have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Have initial experience in acute care or palliative care, a serious asset
• Good command of IT tools (Microsoft Office, Soarian...)
• Ability to listen, observe, and communicate
• Ability to adapt, flexibility, and availability
• Interest in institutional life
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and a good team spirit
• Ability to question care management from an ethical point of view
• Perfect command of the French language
