Your tasks

• Accompanying a residential group with a mix of ages and genders
• Needs-based support of our residents, some of whom require nursing care
• Organization of everyday life and leisure activities
• Responsibility for the individual development planning of the residents
• Close cooperation with the other residential groups as well as the employees of the daytime structure offers

Your profile

• Training or work experience in the social sector
• Commitment, readiness to work, as well as much curiosity for the needs of people with a cognitive impairment
• A humorous, resilient, and balanced personality
• Teamwork skills, independence, enjoyment of networked thinking and working
• Enjoyment of irregular working hours, including weekends and on-call duties
• Nursing activities are part of daily work; you are prepared to take these on responsibly and to familiarize yourself with them
• Good IT skills
• Driver's license
