CCT Compliance Analyst / Manager – M/F at 100%

The Paritaire Professional Commissions (CPP) are established to monitor and control the application and compliance with conventional provisions by companies that are subject to collective labor agreements (CCT) according to their activities. The Association of CPPs provides support to 7 Paritaire Professional Commissions in the construction sector in the canton of Vaud.

In order to ensure the replacement of the person currently in post, the Association wishes to hire an

CCT Compliance Analyst / Manager – M/F at 100%

Your missions

• Investigate and analyze documents transmitted by companies within the framework of CCT application controls
• Perform the control of CCT compliance, analyze supporting documents and enter information into the dedicated platforms
• Draft draft control reports and decisions, with monitoring of inherent deadlines
• Take minutes of meetings according to the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure
• Prepare and draft determinations on appeals for the attention of the Construction Arbitral Tribunal
• Draft correspondence for the attention of companies and their representatives
• Inform and advise companies on the application of the CCT
• Respond to requests and support the members of the CPP

Your profile

• Higher education or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field
• Good mastery of MS Office tools
• Excellent writing skills and perfect mastery of French spelling
• Analytical spirit, sense of organization and ability to manage priorities
• Autonomy, rigor, precision, proactivity and spirit of initiative
• Good team spirit, interpersonal ease and sense of collaboration
• Marked interest in the construction sector, labor law and Swiss legislation
