Who are we?
We are looking for an experienced personnel consultant to strengthen our team in the Genève sector, specializing in recruitment and talent management for hospitality.

Your daily missions:

• Actively develop our network through telephone prospecting and field visits.
• Acquire new clients and identify positions to be filled in Genève and Vaud.
• Recruit and select the best talents for permanent and temporary positions.
• Ensure quality follow-up with clients and build loyalty with our temporary staff.
• What we are looking for in you:
• Experience in the hospitality sector, ideally in Housekeeping, as well as proven and indispensable experience in recruiting temporary and permanent staff, preferably acquired within a placement agency.
• A real talent for negotiation and business development, with a proactive and professional approach is INDISPENSABLE
• A good knowledge of the local market (Genève or Vaud) and hospitality professions is mandatory
• Exemplary rigor and a taste for well-done work.
• Dynamism, organization, diplomacy and impeccable stress management.
• Perfect mastery of French (oral and written) and a B2 level in English or German.
• Proficiency with IT tools, notably Word and Excel.
• Being able to multitask and prioritize.
