Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage works from A to Z, from their launch until their acceptance
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and cost control while guaranteeing project profitability
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety and environmental requirements
• Supervise site managers, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for optimal execution
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and management for rigorous project follow-up

Profile

• CFC as a Building Draughtsman and willingness to train in construction management
• Proven experience as a building draughtsman with a good understanding of construction sites
• Notions in project management and site coordination (planning, budgets, materials)
• Knowledge of Swiss construction standards and current regulations
• Sense of organization, autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
• Good mastery of execution plans and CAD/CAM software
• Mastery of French, both oral and written
