Internal Sales Collaborator

Why do we need you?

• You ensure professional and reliable follow-up of our Swiss customers, both by telephone and in writing.
• You actively support our external service throughout the sales process.
• You develop solutions adapted to customer needs and establish the corresponding price calculations.
• You manage offers and orders, from their receipt until delivery.
• You coordinate procurement from our production sites and our external suppliers.
• You ensure the monitoring of deadlines and coordinate specific deliveries.
• You perform follow-up on open offers in close collaboration with the external service.
• You check invoices and establish, if necessary, credit notes.
• You compile complaint files and ensure the processing of replacement orders.
• You take on various administrative tasks such as invoicing, checks, and filing.
• You establish reports and statistics in order to guarantee a clear and transparent overview.
• Finally, you support the entire team with flexibility and commitment

• You hold a technical qualification, ideally supplemented by complementary commercial training.
• You are naturally customer- and solution-oriented.
• You know how to make decisions, appreciate responsibilities, and work autonomously.
• You have team spirit, know how to demonstrate stress resistance, and keep your calm in demanding situations.
• French or German is your mother tongue and you have good knowledge of the other language. English is an asset.
• You are proficient in MS Office tools; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
