Responsibilities

Depending on your background and the position concerned, your missions may include:

• Administrative management of the employee life cycle
• Management of recruitment and selection processes
• Establishment of employment contracts and monitoring of personnel files
• Management of work permits, social insurance, absences and sickness/accident cases
• Participation in payroll management and payroll activities
• Advice and support for managers and employees on HR themes
• Participation in HR projects and process optimization

Profile

• A training in the field of Human Resources
• An HR Assistant certificate or, ideally, a Federal Diploma of HR specialist
• Experience in an HR function in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of social insurance and Swiss labor law
• Excellent command of standard IT tools and HR software
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
• Proficiency in French; any other language is an asset
