Our office particularly provides support and assistance services to Municipalities in the framework of the Construction Police and Public Procurement, for which we are looking to strengthen our staff with a: Collaborator for the Construction Police, Public Procurement and Project Management Assistance Your profile: * professional experience in architecture, spatial planning, law or in a municipal service (ideally more than 3 years and in Switzerland); * a motivation to complete your knowledge in these fields; * good qualities of dialogue, writing and popularization; * a good sense of public-private relations. Your tasks, in collaboration with the existing team: * the analysis of building permit applications for the Municipalities with which we collaborate; * the monitoring of files (recommendations on procedures, responses to oppositions, ...) ; * the organization of tender procedures in connection with Public Procurement; * the role of assistance to public and private Project Owners (choice of procedures, organization of competitions, tenders in connection with Public Procurement, ...).
