Present in all neighborhoods, the Service de la cohésion sociale offers many services including the Nyon child day-care network. To complete its teams within a UAPE of the Ville de Nyon, we are recruiting a:

Socio-educational Assistant at 60 %

whose main missions will be to accompany and monitor the development of children in after-school structures outside of school periods, guaranteeing their physical and moral safety, and doing so in partnership with families.

Main missions:

• Ensure the supervision of children attending the structures
• Transmit the rules of life of the institution and ensure compliance
• Plan and organize the daily life of the structure in collaboration with the team
• Implement activities supported by pedagogical objectives
• Take into account the specific needs of the child within the community with a view to their evolution
• Adhere to the pedagogical project of the reception structure and participate in its evolution by being proactive

Profile:

• CFC socio-educational assistant or a title deemed equivalent (recognized by SEFRI)
• Ability for observation, analysis and synthesis of situations experienced in the field
• Ability to work in a team
• Adaptability
• Creative spirit
• Capacity to manage emergency situations
