Head of Operations

In this function, you bear overall responsibility for the operational processes of the Siders location (production, logistics, technology, infrastructure, and projects). You ensure a smooth supply to customers in the sense of a "Just in time" approach and guarantee the highest punctuality. You initiate and lead projects for continuous improvement and for the optimization of processes – particularly in the areas of logistics as well as in the processing of workwear and flat linen – with the aim of sustainably increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Together with your team, you ensure smooth cooperation and coordination between the different areas. You achieve the defined goals regarding productivity, costs, quality, and punctuality (KPI). Furthermore, you ensure an efficient, market-oriented organizational and structural setup and develop your employees in a trusting environment – in harmony with the values of Bardusch.

You have a basic technical education (metal, textile, electrical, or mechanical engineering) and have ideally further trained in project and process management. Knowledge of Lean Management is required. You bring several years of leadership experience in an industrial environment and have demonstrated your ability to successfully implement projects – also in change and transformation processes. You convince through your structured, analytical, and at the same time entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting. As a leader, you motivate your employees, set impulses, and credibly live the values of the company. Thanks to your organizational strength, you maintain an overview even in demanding situations and get involved operationally if necessary. You communicate with style in French and ideally have good German language skills.
