To complete the Quality team at our production site in Villars-sur-Glâne, we are looking for a

Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f)

WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

• Identify the specifications, rules, standards, labels, and customer requirements to be applied to incoming materials, intermediate products, consumables, and finished products
• Evaluate risks, define priorities and actions, as well as ensure the integration of preventive and corrective actions within the field and quality management system
• Periodically audit the application of rules, requirements, standards, and internal and external good hygiene and manufacturing practices (GHP/GMP)
• Record, evaluate the criticality, and classify non-conformity
• Coordinate, evaluate proposed actions, and support the resolution of non-conformity with the various stakeholders
• Trigger security actions related to the non-conformity
• Coordinate, evaluate, and support change within the field and quality management system
• Coordinate the evaluation and qualification of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors with the support of the purchasing department
• Support the company's training and awareness process to ensure the integration of quality aspects into the units

WHAT YOU BRING: ####

• Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's (university, HES/EPF) or a diploma deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in quality assurance, ideally in the food industry
• Mastery of standards (GFSI, ISO), regulatory requirements, as well as Lean tools and problem-solving methods (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D/A3)
• Solid auditing skills and good command of IT tools (MS Office, ERP, etc.)
• Excellent command of French or German, with good knowledge of the other language; English is an asset
• Leadership, analytical mind, and a strong sense of responsibility, with a solution-oriented and collaborative approach
