Do you want to be at the heart of a company's IT challenges and work on varied projects, at the crossroads of business needs, digital solutions, and technical teams?

Reporting directly to the IT Director, you play a central role in the coordination and implementation of the Group's IS projects. From needs analysis to the selection of solutions, including project management and provider coordination, you are involved in the entire life cycle of IS initiatives. In parallel, you support teams on a daily basis and act as a liaison with various interlocutors, thus offering you a transverse and concrete vision of the Group's IT and business challenges.

Your main tasks

• Manage IS projects: coordinate projects, from identification of the need to their implementation.
• Collect and analyze business needs: qualify requests, identify opportunities, and propose suitable solutions.
• Evaluate and manage IT providers: benchmarking solutions, analysis of offers, negotiation, and operational follow-up.
• Coordinate IT teams: follow priorities, facilitate the resolution of blockages, and act as a daily liaison for the IT Director.
• Support users and improve IS tools: provide support and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Your profile

• You hold a higher education degree in computer science, information systems, or project management and have 5 to 7 years of experience in IS project management.
• You have evolved in an industrial environment or an SME and know how to bridge the gap between business challenges and IT solutions.
• You have a good technological culture and are comfortable with ERP, CRM, ETL, MES, and planning solution environments. Knowledge of ProConcept is an asset.
• Curious, proactive, and organized, you like to coordinate different interlocutors, advance projects, and anticipate challenges, even without a hierarchical link.
• Reliable, diplomatic, and endowed with good judgment, you are sensitive to cybersecurity and data governance issues. You master French and have a good level of professional English (min. B2).
