Do you want to contribute concretely to safety, health protection, fire prevention, and the control of industrial risks? Do you appreciate being in the field, contact with teams, and demanding technical environments? Then this position is made for you. Within an EHS team composed of several specialists and one manager, you support the entire WAGO Contact SA site in Domdidier in the deployment of EHS standards, regulatory compliance, and the development of a strong safety culture. What does the job consist of? ------------------------- * Guarantee the safety of employees, installations, and equipment by ensuring compliance with EHS requirements on site * Be the referent for themes related to fire protection, emergency situations, machine safety, and specific physical risks (laser, noise, vibrations, electromagnetic fields) * Perform risk analyses, define prevention measures, and support their implementation in the field * Organize and coordinate emergency exercises, participate in crisis management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety devices * Advise and support departments in the development of a strong and sustainable safety culture What do we expect from you? -------------------------------------- * CFC in a technical field or training deemed equivalent * Experience in an industrial environment and a strong interest in occupational safety and risk prevention * AEAI fire protection safety officer training * IAS level 1 occupational first aider training, laser safety officer or equivalent certifications, an asset * Knowledge in the fields of machine safety, electricity, emergency situation management, and risk analysis * Proactive, pragmatic personality, capable of convincing and interacting with different levels of the organization * Very good knowledge of French; German or English is an asset What do we offer you? -------------------------- * Do you want to work for a modern, technology-oriented company and international market leader?
