Your activities ------------------ * act autonomously and prospect existing and potential clients as an expert in pension fund solutions (LPP) and personal insurance (LCA, LAA, LAAC) * work on implementing optimal global solutions, particularly in the executive field * analyze existing solutions and develop solutions for the future * bear responsibility for tenders and bids, as well as conducting negotiations with pension providers and potential wealth managers, and finalizing the results in a comparative model * conduct annual interviews with clients * support, at the project level, the reorientation of current autonomous pension solutions * develop solid decision-making bases for our clients * identify and implement cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with the advisors of the Banque Valiant branches * actively contribute to the development of the brokerage service offering * know how to convince and arouse enthusiasm as a speaker at trade fairs and client events You possess ------------------ * unwavering commitment to client follow-up and acquisition * knowledge of the current market as well as several years of professional experience in corporate consulting in the field of pension fund solutions and personal insurance * the required conditions and registration in the FINMA register of intermediaries * preferably experience acquired within an insurance company, a broker or a collective foundation, in the field of distribution and client acquisition * a friendly personality and a charismatic and confident appearance * good IT knowledge (WinVS, Sobrado, Microsoft applications) * French as a mother tongue and proficiency in German is an asset * the willingness to travel within the Romandie region, with the possibility to choose the location of your workplace (in one of the Banque Valiant branches in French-speaking Switzerland) We offer ------------ Tasks We offer exciting and varied tasks for employees who participate, simplify and demonstrate committed ideas.
