Job description

As a Planner specialized in care within our agency, you will be responsible for participating in the selection and coordination of our temporary workers in order to meet the wishes of our partner medical establishments:

• Receive, plan and ensure the follow-up of temporary personnel requests from health establishments
• Identify temporary workers adapted to the needs of the establishments and organize assignments with reactivity
• Issue the mission contracts related to the placements made and ensure the administrative follow-up of assignments
• Maintain effective communication with health establishments and temporary workers to guarantee the smooth running of missions and develop lasting relationships
• Manage urgent requests and last-minute changes
• Ensure telephone availability outside of agency opening hours (mornings, evenings and weekends) in order to respond to the urgent needs of our partner establishments, on an alternating basis with other members of the planning team

• Activity rate: 100%, 40-hour week and 5 weeks of paid leave
