We are looking for one of our clients for a:

Commercial Employee - Accounting Specialization (M/F) 50%

• Ensure the entry, control, and monitoring of supplier invoices, guaranteeing their compliance with internal procedures and current legislation.
• Prepare supplier payments and monitor deadlines to ensure optimal management of financial flows.
• Manage employee expense reports: verification, validation, and integration into the accounting system.
• Ensure the correct accounting imputation of invoices and expense reports in the ERP.

-Participate in reconciliations and controls related to supplier accounts.
-Collaborate on tasks related to monthly and annual closings.

• Ensure compliance with internal control rules.

Your profile

1. CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent
2. An initial experience of 2 to 3 years in accounting, ideally within an industrial company
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, mainly Excel.
4. Experience in using an ERP
5. Basic knowledge of Swiss Gaap & IFRS accounting standards.
6. Mastery of French with knowledge of English being an asset
7. Versatile, meticulous, proactive person with a strong professional conscience
8. Team spirit, sense of listening and communication.

Your mission: Temporary with a fixed purpose.
A workload of 50%, with a distribution of days or half-days to be agreed upon together, taking into account the needs of the department.
