Supply Chain Manager

Your mission

Reporting to General Management, you will manage all Supply Chain flows, from procurement to the delivery of finished products. You will play a central and operational role in the coordination of operations, the optimization of resources, and the continuous improvement of our industrial performance.

Your responsibilities

• Manage production planning and scheduling, anticipating needs, capacities, and priorities.
• Coordinate flows with sales and operational teams to ensure compliance with customer commitments.
• Optimize stocks and procurement, while supervising logistical flows, from reception to shipment.
• Manage supplier relations and subcontracting, ensuring the reliability of supplies and cost control.
• Supervise and support your team, promoting collaboration, autonomy, and skill development.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPI) and deploy continuous improvement actions to optimize processes and flows.

Your profile

• Higher education in Supply Chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or production management, or an equivalent background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
• Solid mastery of planning, procurement, and production flow management.
• Good command of ERP tools (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365), Excel, and performance indicators.
• Natural leadership, analytical mindset, and the ability to unite a team around common goals.
• Pragmatic, organized, and reactive personality, with a real taste for field work and seeking solutions.
