We offer an equitable salary which, depending on experience and skills, evolves between CHF 151’600 and CHF 166’600 per year (100% employment rate). Promising applications are welcome, even if skills differ from the position; in this case, the salary may be slightly lower or higher than the range.

• With your management team, you guarantee reliable, efficient, safe and customer-oriented operations.
• The management, development and coaching of the managers reporting to you are part of your priorities, as is the promotion of a culture of collaboration, responsibility and dialogue.
• Analysis of results allows you to set priorities and implement the necessary measures to achieve objectives and optimize processes.
• You pilot organizational transformations and projects while supporting teams in the evolution of processes, tools and ways of working.
• As a member of the zone management team, you contribute to its priorities and represent Services logistiques to internal and external partners.
