Construction Coordinator – 100 %

Your mission
=============

Within the Works & Planning department, you will actively participate in the management and coordination of maintenance, transformation, and renovation works.

In this capacity, your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Plan and coordinate maintenance, transformation, and renovation works of structures.
• Supervise mandated companies and ensure the follow-up of their interventions.
• Monitor the progress of works, compliance with deadlines, and the quality of services.
• Ensure communication between the different stakeholders and the administrative follow-up of files.
• Provide operational support to engineers and works managers within the framework of specific projects.

Your profile
------------

• You hold a CFC electrician or an equivalent training in the field of building technology.
• You benefit from several years of experience in the renovation and transformation of buildings.
• You possess good knowledge of the different building trades.
• You are comfortable in the coordination of companies and the monitoring of construction sites.
• You have excellent communication skills and know how to establish relationships of trust with your interlocutors.
• Autonomous, rigorous and committed, you enjoy teamwork and know how to manage priorities.
