Sales Operations and International Customer Service Coordinator FR/ENG (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission

You will join an international industrial company where you will hold a central role in the coordination of commercial operations. Acting as a true interface between customers, sales teams, Supply Chain, and various internal departments, you will ensure the smooth running of operations throughout the sales cycle. Your responsibilities: - Ensure the follow-up of international key accounts - Coordinate orders, commercial contracts, and pricing conditions - Collect and consolidate customer forecasts to optimize operations - Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams - Ensure the follow-up of projects, samples, as well as customer non-conformities - Manage customer requests and guarantee a high level of quality of service - Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and tools

Your profile

• Higher education in business, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field - Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, B2B Customer Service, or Supply Chain - Very good understanding of international commercial and logistical flows - Experience in coordinating several internal and external interlocutors - Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office and ERP tools - Organized, proactive, solution-oriented personality with an excellent sense of service - Excellent level of French and English C1/C2.
