Following an internal evolution, we are looking for a

Manufacturing Team Leader ##

As Team Leader, you take organizational and human responsibility for a team of approximately 15 employees. Your role consists of planning, supervising, and developing your team while ensuring the realization of client projects in a qualitative manner, respecting deadlines and costs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and develop the technical and human skills of your employees and drive their individual and collective performance
• Manage the load/capacity of the sector's resources and ensure the daily organization of the team according to priorities
• Participate in the development of concepts and client offers
• Follow up on client projects with the project teams and participate in internal projects
• Set and monitor the objectives and budgets of the sector
• Unify the teams around the respect for internal rules and processes, promote and embody safety and health standards
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the activities of the sector and the company in collaboration with the Team Leaders

Your profile:

• ES Technician or CFC in automation
• Additional training in Lean and team leadership, a definite asset
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function required
• Experience in management of a team indispensable
• Good knowledge of ERP tools and project management
• Mastery of French
• Natural leadership, sense of organization, and results orientation
• Ability to motivate, structure, and evolve a team
