Trainee Lawyer 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research in different areas of Swiss law
• Participate in the drafting of contracts, conventions, legal opinions and other legal documents
• Contribute to the preparation of hearings, procedures and pleadings
• Analyze legal files and examine contractual and procedural documents
• Assist lawyers in the daily follow-up of mandates and entrusted cases
• Participate in the drafting of letters, briefs and procedural acts
• Collaborate closely with the lawyers of the firm in order to ensure rigorous and efficient processing of files

Profile

• University Master's degree in Swiss law successfully obtained
• Strong interest in bar practice, litigation and legal consulting
• Excellent analytical, research and legal drafting skills
• Rigor, organizational skills and synthesis skills
• Intellectual curiosity and strong motivation to develop your professional skills
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in the use of common IT tools
