What you can contribute

• Install, replace and decommission IT hardware and network components in complex, high-availability transmission and communication systems, including collaborating on the provision of the basic IT infrastructure
• Manage inventory and documentation systems, collaborate on the planning of the installation or the assembly/disassembly of network components or IT hardware
• Diagnose and repair complex faults in IT hardware and ensure the correct restart of the system
• Assume local operational responsibility for ICT, including on-site coordination and the performance of functional tests
• Collaborate on and support operational projects

What makes you unique

• Basic technical training (CFC) in the field of electrotechnics, electronics or computer science, with continuing education in telecommunications and/or systems/network technology
• Ideally, professional experience in the operation of IT infrastructures, with interdisciplinary knowledge in activity areas related to IT and technical building equipment
• Knowledge of cabling systems, including standards (SIA, KBOB, etc.) and the latest technical advances
• Ideally, training related to systems or provided by manufacturers regarding the operation and maintenance of microwave link systems and networks
• Sense of responsibility, stress resistance, good physical health, precision and rigor in working methods; willingness to assume responsibility associated with a good ability to reflect and anticipate
