As part of our development in the canton de Vaud, we are looking for 2 multi-skilled itinerant dry cleaning employees at 100 %, motivated and dynamic, to join our teams. No experience in dry cleaning is necessary: free internal training is provided! ### Your missions The position combines customer reception and service, as well as technical treatment of textiles. Customer reception and relations * Welcome customers and receive their clothes. * Advise them on the services adapted to their needs. * Ensure the delivery of orders. * Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. Maintenance and treatment of textiles * Perform stain removal on clothes. * Carry out washing and drying operations. * Ensure ironing and preparation of items. * Control the quality of clothes before their return to customers. * Respect the procedures and quality standards of the company. You will be required to work in several stores in the canton de Vaud, depending on the needs of the teams. ### Job conditions * Contract: CDI * Activity rate: 100 % * Working time: 42 hours per week * Remuneration: 3 825 CHF gross per month * Itinerancy bonus: 250 CHF gross per month * 13th month * Organization: work 5 days per week * Rest: Sunday and one additional day during the week, defined with the manager and the sector manager * Sector: travel between several stores in the canton de Vaud, excluding Aigle and Nyon A personal vehicle is indispensable to ensure travel between the different stores. ### Hours The usual operating hours of the stores are from 8 h to 19 h. The hours are organized according to the needs of the stores, with an alternation between opening and closing shifts (1 week out of two): * Opening: from 8 h 30 to 17 h. * Closing: from 10 h to 19 h. Occasional late shifts are also organized, with the end of the day potentially going up to 21 h. Good availability and an ability to adapt to schedules are therefore necessary. ### The sought profile We are primarily looking for a motivated, serious and reliable person who wishes to learn a new trade. You are: * Dynamic, rigorous and organized. * Comfortable in customer relations and endowed with a good sense of service. * Capable of working in a team and respecting instructions. * Meticulous and attentive to the quality of your work. * In good physical condition, the job involving staying on your feet for a large part of the day, working in an sometimes hot environment and making frequent movements between the reception and the back of the shop. * Comfortable in French, both orally and in writing, to welcome and advise customers. Experience in catering, hotels, mass retail, laundry or dry cleaning is an asset, but beginners are welcome.
