Academic Advisor and Master's Admissions Manager

Information related to the position ##

Start date: 01.12.2026 or to be agreed

Contract duration: indefinite

Activity rate: 90%

Workplace: Lausanne Quartier Chamberonne

Your activities ##

In your activities, you will be required to:

• Ensure the recognition of academic achievements in the admission process of candidates for the curricula managed by the Faculty of HEC and in the process of granting equivalencies;
• Advise and support students during their studies in the Faculty's curricula;
• Promote our study curricula and develop information documents;
• Collaborate in the improvement of SEAE processes, as well as the attribution of scholarships for students of the Faculty.

Your profile ##

In order to complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

• Bachelor or Master in management, in economic sciences or in a field of study deemed equivalent
• Several years of experience related to one or more fields of study concerned by the Faculty's curricula, ideally in a university environment
• Positivism, team spirit, customer service orientation and empathy
• Openness to change, listening skills and communication (written and oral)
• Professionalism, rigor and attention to detail
• Excellent command of French and English (written and oral, C1 level)
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools
