Production methods technician - electronics

• Technical training: automation technician, electronics technician, ES technician or training deemed equivalent * Proven experience in an industrial environment * Experience in production organization and/or methods * Field-oriented, pragmatic person focused on problem-solving * Ability to unite and support teams * Proficiency with IT tools and production management software * Interest in designing concrete solutions: fixtures, tooling, and workstation improvement
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production + Supervise and support teams by providing technical support + Be present in the field and resolve issues related to machines, tooling, dies, and manufacturing processes + Design, test, and implement fixtures and tooling to facilitate the work of the teams + Optimize flows, workstations, and manufacturing methods + Create and maintain work instructions + Analyze production times and identify areas for improvement + Actively participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of the workshop
