To strengthen our team in the Jewelry sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as a Sales Advisor, 100%, for the Lausanne site, for an indefinite period, starting immediately.

Your responsibilities

• You support the Floor Manager in their daily activities, ready to take charge and meet all daily challenges with energy.
• You provide professional advice to customers and enrich their shopping experience thanks to your up-to-date knowledge.
• You effectively transmit specific information about the departments to our customers.
• You offer professional checkout service.
• You manage and present our assortment in an attractive manner according to customer needs.
• You are responsible for order and cleanliness on the sales floor.

Your profile

• You have solid training in retail and proven experience in management, preferably in a medium or high-end environment.
• You have preferably completed basic training in retail in the mentioned field.
• You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent activity.
• You love sales and have a particular sensitivity for our demanding customers.
• You are passionate about fashion and constantly expand your professional knowledge.
• You are highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic in your work.
• You have a communicative personality, you exude positive energy and you have a neat appearance.
• You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
